Our client is currently looking to hire for a loan administration associates to join their team in Edmonton, Alberta! This role would be an in office position in their corporate center in Edmonton.
Description
The successful candidate will be involved in administratively servicing the loan portfolio via processing systems/tools. This includes, but are not limited to, activities related to loan maintenance, payouts and payments, system updates, credit checks, search requests. This would require high attention to details, the ability to manage high volumes of transactions on a day-to-day basis and a blend of curiosity with critical thinking for success in the role.
· Support and maintain the lending administration processes accurately and efficiently which lead to consistent and predictable daily credit operations outcomes across the branch network.
· Ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets and quality benchmarks for credit operations are being met
· Ensure contributions to lending administration comply with the Bank’s policies and procedures to ensure the branch network can continue to deliver a high level of customer service.
· Actively participate in team weekly/monthly meetings which communicate progress of team, department goals and objectives, as well as team issues.
· Minimize risk to the bank through compliance with policies and regulatory requirements in all areas of banking and operations.
· Ensure the confidentiality of the bank's and its customers in maintained by routinely securing all documentation during non-business hours and is aware of and adheres to employee Code of Conduct.
· Additional duties can be assigned for completion, as discussed with assigned leader
· Responsible for delivering “best in class” customer experience to our banking center network and partners
