Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity You will manage the leadership of the enablement of the Moneris products with all clients. This Client Consulting team consist of regional teams of Client Consultants and a centralized Solution Implementation team that manages the integration, validation and certification of our client solutions. The team supports the customer solutions throughout the lifecycle, from initial engagement, implementation and ongoing engagement for customer solutions issues and solutions currency. This role must also work across the Moneris organization to develop strategies and processes for working with the sales team, partnerships team (ISV and VAR) and technology teams for supporting client integrations. Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a hybrid work schedule. Reporting Relationship: You will report to the VP, Product - Large and Key Accounts (LAKA). Your Moneris Career - What you'll do Develop a holistic strategy with the Sales, Partnership and Technology for engaging and managing clients for selling and promoting the Moneris products. Partner with Sales in the development of proposals and RFP responses, and strategies for clients’ communication, to be ensure the Moneris products align with the customer requirements. This includes identifying revenue opportunities based on customer projects. Ensure the omni channel integration experience for Moneris clients to reset the baseline for ease of integration into the Moneris products. Use the insights obtained from the customer interactions to influence the product roadmaps and Moneris processes. Develop skills on our client Consultants team to understand the industry and goals of the payment industry so they can enhance their customer engagement. Engage Technology Leadership team and drive change to support complex, unique and custom integration projects. Support customer management for any production issues and escalations Project Management initiatives including business wins requiring additional guidance and support. Report project progress, and escalating any issues.
