Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional support and service to customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions. You will act as the first point of contact, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat).
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain customer records by updating account information.
Process orders, forms, applications, requests and monetary documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Monitor customer feedback and report recurring issues or trends.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Empathy, patience, and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of company products and services.
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline
