Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in bakery manufacturing plant . The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery and ensuring the production process runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of production.
Duties
Operate and monitor machinery, including Fanuc-controlled equipment, to ensure optimal performance.
Assemble components and fabricate products according to specifications.
Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues as they arise.
Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet established standards.
Perform welding tasks as needed for assembly and repair of components.
Operate press brake machines for bending and shaping materials.
Package finished products for shipment, ensuring proper handling and presentation.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment for atleast 2 years.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various types of machinery effectively.
Familiarity with CAD software is preferred for reading and interpreting technical drawings.
Experience with lathe operations is a plus.
Ability to perform quality control inspections and maintain high standards of output.
Strong problem-solving skills with the capability to troubleshoot mechanical issues independently.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
