SUMMARY
The Sales Coordinator - National Accounts is integral in the day-to-day sales administration and marketing support functions, contributing to customer growth and success. This role will report to the Channel Sales Manager, with secondary reporting responsibilities to the Director, Easter Canada in support to the Rona business.
ABOUT YOU
You have a passion for Distributions and/or Retail sales administration, possess strong problem-solving skills, can multi-task, stay organized, and manage priorities effectively, while being a stickler for details and accuracy.
You also have talents in coordinating information and programs and understand the importance of handling confidential information with discretion.
You have at least three years of related sales of marketing administration support experience combined with your advanced knowledge of Excel. If this describes you, check us out!
EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS
Creating and maintaining customer product and price databases
Generation of Sales reports
Standardizing and producing national price pages for selected product lines
Completing product onboarding
Managing online product and customer-based portals
Assisting with the coordination of regional/national shows
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Understand basic retail accounting principles and practices
Knowledge of basic marketing principles
Experience with product marketing including customer online onboarding, campaigns, and in-store signage
Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced team environment with tight deadlines
Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities
Highly resourceful team player with the ability to work independently
Excellent organizational and planning skills
EXPERIENCE
3 years of experience working in fast paced sales administration or administrative support capacity
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); Advanced level of Excel
EDUCATION
Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.
LINGUISTIC REQUIREMENTS
Able to clearly communicate, written and verbal methods, with internal and external parties professionally and courteously.
Bilingual (French and English) is an asset.
