The most important characteristics for our CSR’s are attention to detail and communication, working in a fast-paced office supporting a number of sales agents you’ll be the go-to person in the office for questions from your colleagues. We want your talent! If you are great at: Customer Service Handling high volumes of requests in a timely and accurate manner Assisting team members Working with different departments to ensure a quick and accurate flow of information If you have: Post-Secondary education (College or University) 2 years of front-line Customer Service experience Exceptional communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Team-first mentality We really mean it when we say we put you first.
