Join our team and what we’ll accomplish together As an Configuration Analyst, you’ll contribute to the successful configuration and deployment of our proprietary Telus Health software. You’ll support clients through implementation and post-go-live phases, applying your growing industry knowledge and technical skills in a collaborative team environment. What you’ll do Support the configuration of employee benefit platform with our proprietary TELUS Health software to meet the unique needs of new and existing clients. Perform analysis on business requirements Participate in solution design sessions with senior team members and translate findings into system specifications. Collaborate with team leads and implementation managers to ensure timely delivery of tasks. Set realistic and achievable expectations for deliverables. Conduct initial testing of configured solutions and support defect resolution. Help prepare training materials and contribute to knowledge transfer sessions. Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates. Participate in internal training and team discussions to continue building your expertise. Support special projects and ad hoc initiatives as assigned. Promote teamwork and collegiality in the work environment Promote TELUS Health as the service provider of choice in the industry Observe the corporate values of TELUS Health What you bring 2–3 years of experience in benefits administration, HRIS, payroll systems, finance systems implementation, or a related industry Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience is required Solid SQL knowledge and proficiency in at least one coding language. Methodologies: Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative solution development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex system challenges.
