Reporting to the Director of Integration, you will actively contribute to the day-to-day operations and play a vital role in our ongoing efforts to streamline and enhance our IT environment. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in integration, working alongside our talented team to understand integration requirements, optimize existing systems, implement new solutions, and improve our processes and tools, and participate in implementation and integration testing. Assist in translating business requirements into technical integration solutions. System Analysis: Analyze current systems and workflows to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and areas for improvement. Assist in evaluating new software solutions or upgrades to existing systems. Data Analysis and Reporting: Use data analysis tools to generate reports and provide insights on system performance and business processes. Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs). Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, configurations, and best practices. Assist in creating user guides and knowledge base articles for team reference. Testing and Validation: Support system testing efforts, including developing test cases, executing tests, and documenting results. Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and validate system changes. Collaboration and Learning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts. Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in integration technologies, particularly MuleSoft. What You Will Bring: Currently enrolled in an academic program in Computer Science, Software Development, or Information Technology Familiarity with middleware and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technologies such as Azure Data Factory or MuleSoft is valuable Familiarity with tools like Excel, SQL, or Python for data extraction, analysis, and reporting. Basic understanding of relational databases and the ability to query data using SQL. Knowledge of tools like Microsoft Visio or Lucid chart for creating process diagrams and workflows. Ability to assess problems, analyze data, and identify possible solutions or improvements to business systems. Ensure accuracy in documentation, data analysis, and testing processes.
