Job Summary: CSA Group has an opportunity for a Co-op Student – Member Programs reporting to the Manager, Member Programs. In this role, you will support the Member Programs Manager carrying out various membership initiatives, improvements, data analysis and records management. You will engage with staff to determine requirements, conduct the necessary activities and report on progress and results. You will assist the Membership team by supporting initiatives across internal teams through project execution and team facilitation. The target start date for this role is May 2025 or later, for a term of 4 months. Please submit a cover letter with your application. Responsibility: As Co-op Student, the successful candidate will assist with operational excellence activities within the membership team. Responsibilities include: Conduct data and process analysis and makes conclusions for the supervisor to review. Assist as needed with other project and program activities related to strategic initiatives, and conduct related research as needed. Perform data archiving and records migration between old and new systems. Support membership team with administrative tasks associated with the annual conference. Interfaces/coordinates activities with membership and standards development team. Education and Experience: Completion of first year or higher in an undergraduate program. Knowledge of business software, computer systems, process improvement, and project management would be an asset. Working knowledge of standards development and business processes is an asset. Experience working with multi-stakeholder groups would be an asset. Skills: Excellent people skills: managing relationships, facilitating and networking with people at all levels with divergent interests and backgrounds. Highly developed oral and written communication skills. Excellent project management, organizational and planning skills. Detail and process orientation. High degree of self-motivation, initiative, resilience, and adaptability. Demonstrated ability to be a team player. Strong computer skills (word processing, presentation software, project planning software, spreadsheets, etc.).
