About the Role We are looking for a Medical Manager or Associate Medical Manager to take on this key role in our Vaccines team. In this role, you’ll provide medical leadership, strategic guidance, and technical expertise to our Medical Affairs team and internal stakeholders. Your dedication to developing an extensive knowledge of relevant therapy areas will play a crucial role in enhancing GSK's reputation among key influencers. You’ll: Engage externally with customers through 1-to-1 scientific dialogue and presentations Work internally with brand and medical stakeholders to develop and execute a robust External Expert (EE) engagement plan Develop and execute medical strategies supporting GSK's objectives Engage with external experts for scientific dialogue Lead strategic medical projects with cross-functional collaboration Provide medical expertise for scientific submissions and promotions About you? To excel in this role, you'll demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll bring meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in appraising and interpreting data, and the ability to share this with internal stakeholders to drive strategic success. You’ll also show: Degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, or Medicine (PhD preferred) Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role (Vaccines experience preferred) Customer/KEE interaction experience Ability to transition between therapeutic areas using medical knowledge Skill in weighing collaborative opinions to determine optimal solutions Why join us?
