We are currently recruiting for a Labourer in Mildred Lake. This position is responsible for general labourer duties in a service-oriented environment. If you are mechanically inclined, and have a valid driver's license, this might be the perfect job for you! Job Description: Moving equipment in and out of the shop Aid mechanics with the removal and installation of guards Oil sampling, lube and oil changes Washing and detailing of equipment Assisting field and shop mechanics as required General clean up of shop, yard, field sites, parts and machines Other General Duties as required Qualifications: Completion of grade 12 and be mechanically inclined Minimum 21 years of age Valid Driver's license with a successful recent driver abstract Self-starter able to follow directions, assist and work under the direction of a J/Field Serviceperson and possess the motivation necessary to contribute positively to a safe team environment Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work under minimal supervision Experience working within a heavy equipment maintenance environment, basic equipment knowledge, along with preventative maintenance experience would be considered assets Note: This position is on a 7x7 shift rotation based at our Mildred Lake facility Candidate selection will be in compliance with the terms of the current Collective Agreement Please note that any future shift changes that may occur will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Collective Agreement At Finning, we prioritize creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
