We are looking for an experienced and driven Dental Administrator to join our team as a Dental Practice Lead. Hourly wage is determined based on the candidate's work experience and will be discussed during the interview process. Responsibilities: Acting as a role model for team members, providing coaching and training for administrative tasks. Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them Optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps Effectively manage insurance claims and accounts receivable administration. Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations, as well as patient recall to ensure a full schedule. Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from provider; manage and file all patient records and charts About You: Three to five year of administration experience Minimum 1 year of leadership experience (any industry) Clinical background and experience with Dentrix dental software programs considered an asset Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
