We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dialysis Manager (RN) to lead a dedicated team in a well-established healthcare facility located in a highly accessible area of Los Angeles County. This is an excellent opportunity for a registered nurse with strong leadership and quality control experience to step into a pivotal management role within a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the dialysis unit, managing a team of 7 full-time employees and 2 per diems
Lead the implementation and coordination of leadership programs within the department
Ensure adherence to quality control standards and regulatory requirements
Collaborate closely with the Director, who offers strong guidance and support
Foster a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous improvement
Support staff development and promote clinical best practices
Qualifications:
Active California RN license (Required)
Supervisory or management experience in a dialysis or acute care setting (Required)
Certification in Dialysis (Preferred)
Strong understanding of quality control procedures in a clinical setting
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
