The position is a fully remote, full-time role. Our general calling hours are between 9 AM & 5 PM CST, Monday through Friday. This is a high-volume outbound role and you will be provided with sales technology to help you be efficient and maximize your efforts. Must be fully French/English bilingual.
You will receive training on sMedia’s products and vision. We will provide scripts, email templates, and training on common objections.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Supports the Solutions Consultant team by initiating contact with prospective customers to schedule online demonstrations of sMedia’s products
Creating agendas and follow ups
Research and prospect each day to build out your pipeline while providing a great customer experience
Being organized and able to effectively manage a sales pipeline
Setting up product demos with the Solutions Consultant team and client through the use of a CRM (Close.io), Google Calendar, and Calendly
Establishing effective relationships with customers via phone and video messages
Key Performance Indicators:
Number of outbound calls
Number of demos booked
Number of leads cleaned
Skills & Qualifications:
1+ years of experience of business development in a B2B environment building a sales funnel
Fully French/English bilingual
Curious, driven personality, wants to succeed by exceeding expectations
Sociable and confident speaking with contacts at all levels
Comfortable pitching to potential customers regularly
Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously
Strong customer relationship skills with excellent verbal and written skills in both English and French
Highly organized with great attention to detail
Automotive and dealership experience an asset
