As a critical function of this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of Enbridge's Hagar LNG Plant and Iroquois Falls Compressor Plant. What You Will Do (Responsibilities): Maintain the plant and associated equipment for the purposes of liquefying and vaporizing liquid natural gas. In a safe and efficient manner, operate and maintain the liquefication and vaporization process, turbine compressors, all in-plant machinery and equipment including start-ups and shut-downs, service and repair engines, compressors, pumps, and motors. Maintain buildings, grounds, and all in-plant piping and conduits. Who You Are (Qualifications): You will have the following combination of education and experience: A minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to meet the Company's requirements as to "General Qualifications" which includes a standard technical proficiency assessment. Dependable and safety focused with an ability to follow protocols and cooperate within a team. A Refrigeration B certificate or a 3rd Class Operating Engineer certificate is desired OR possess the necessary skills to progress and obtain either certificate. Working Conditions: Responsible driving record with a valid G driver's license is required for this role. Must be willing to perform 12-hour shift rotations with nights and weekend work.
