We are looking for a highly motivated Property Administrator to join our team located at Waterpark Place, Downtown Toronto, on a fixed-term contract up to 21 months. In this role, you will be responsible for accounts receivable and overall support to the Property Manager and Property Management team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for: Accurately set up and/or update fully executed lease transaction documents into JDE Provide quality control for lease deals in VTS and supporting lease documentation Accounts Receivable; updating/creating analyses for accounts receivable balances, explaining balances, providing support and reporting weekly on status of AR Financial; assist manager with prep schedules for budget/forecasting, inputting miscellaneous expenses, assist with monthly accruals and administration duties as required Tenant Information Tracking; maintaining detailed information related to Tenant Insurance Certificates, Tenant Contact Info and other various Tenant information Cash Receipts; daily review of deposits, posting into JDE and preparing/submitting daily audit package, processing cash applications Invoicing; input/issue pay as due invoices, back charges, percent rent, credit reimbursements, construction deposits, Non-Tenant Invoices Tenant Sales Information; Collecting/Inputting sales data on a monthly basis for Tenant sales To succeed in this role, you have: A minimum of 3 to 5 years in office building administration with experience in lease administration, accounting, credit and collections Education: completion of a university degree or college diploma Have excellent communication skills and high attention to detail Thrive in a fast paced, high volume work environment that constantly evolves and adapts.
