As an advisory agent, member and client experience at Caisse Desjardins Ontario, your role is to enhance the experience of our members and clients and ensure their satisfaction. ? This includes offering a warm welcome, attentive listening, addressing their needs, and supporting them in managing their financial autonomy. You will guide members and clients, advise them on financial products and services, and assist them with their financial transactions while identifying their needs to offer tailored solutions. You are a proud ambassador of digital solutions and provide guidance on how to use them. More specifically, you will be expected to :?? Support members and clients by telling them about existing applications and technological tools that can help them do transactions and operations on their own. Contribute to business development and maintain business relationships through service delivery and activities. Assist members and clients who have encountered fraud or irregularities, and ensure that they are referred to the appropriate partners. Uphold compliance, security and risk management standards.
