Join us.Job DescriptionAECOM is seeking Project Information Specialists to join our team. This position is based on-site, out of Mississauga. We are seeking professionals to join our team to help us build one of the most advanced, sustainable and passenger-friendly airports in the world. Major Responsibilities: • Provides specialist project management expertise to support the coordination of organizational interfaces and requirements.
• Works collaboratively alongside the airport departments to mitigate impacts and advance opportunities from the LIFT Program and effectively meet departmental requirements.
• Synthesize and translate technical information (related to LIFT milestones and core programs) for specific business units, identifying stakeholder engagement and communications imperatives/opportunities.
• Interfaces with various internal and external stakeholder groups to align the necessary consultations and approvals.
• Works collaboratively with the wider program team to coordinate reviews, inspections, and approvals as required.
• Provides updates and reports via the Delivery Cabinet and the Interface Management Group to effectively communicate interface risks and opportunities. Preferred Requirements: • Typically, a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in project / program management.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in large international airport projects or equivalent infrastructure programs.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management and / or applicable technical areas to deliver complex projects.
• Demonstrated experience in managing teams to deliver complex projects and programs.
• Strong technical capability in all project phases, including design, planning, construction, operations, and maintenance preferably large program/projects.
• Technical capability must be pared with strong ability to analyse and synthesize technical information for specific stakeholder audiences, identifying stakeholder engagement and communications imperatives/opportunities.
• Demonstrable experience in managing stakeholder relationships and providing reporting to enable effective decision making.
• Recognized degree and professional designation in a relevant field considered an asset.
• Each position has a specialist discipline / background / skillset that will be a mandatory requirement. Requirements will align with the team structure shown in the organization chart for the Interface Coordination Group, see Appendix K.
