The Manager, Accounts Payable contributes to the success and growth of the organization by maintaining, evaluating, and recommending process improvements that align with our goals and strategic plan. This role is pivotal in leading Accounts Payable improvement projects, system upgrades, and program implementations. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Accounts Payable, this role will collaborate with various stakeholders to support the development and execution of key Accounts Payable initiatives while fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment. How will you create impact? Drive process transformation and assist in making key decisions related to the process. Collaborate with functional departments to develop target service level agreements (SLAs) Maintain the Project Tracker and provide weekly updates to ensure transparency and accountability Act as the AP Subject Matter Expert for the SAP Upgrade project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support successful implementation Fosters an environment of Team Building and employs continuous process improvement principles to optimize such as invoice processing, invoice discrepancy resolution and vendor payments Assist in managing the Corporate Credit Card Program under the guidance of the Sr. AP Manager Participate in drafting policies, procedures and processes for successful program rollouts Collaborate with Corporate Procurement and divisional procurement teams to align and standardize process and data issues. Drive process and ERP system enhancements that result in measured process efficiencies Play a key role in ERP system migrations to the corporate standard ERP environment Provide support in maintaining compliance of Accounts Payable processes with internal control standards Build and maintain the SOP Library and Quick Reference User Guides Provide support to the Sr. AP Manager in managing the AP department’s strategic initiatives, reporting, and process improvements, ensuring alignment with overall AP goals What are your skills and experience? Advance knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana, A/P, and banking modules Experience in SAP implementation Excellent Microsoft Office experience: Primarily Excel, Word and PowerPoint 3+ years experience in a similar role, demonstrating success with creating and implementing accounts payable best practices and internal controls In-depth understanding of Accounts Payable process from start to finish from business process and a system process Experience with managing corporate credit card programs Proven ability to use critical thinking skills and resourcefulness to manage and complete assignments timely Experience with SAP Concur expense reporting tools #LI-Hybrid #LI-HM1 What you can expect from us: Our mission is to Make Life More Fun with a vision to push the boundaries of innovation, creativity, and fun.
