As the Manager of Network Implementation and Continuous Improvement, you will be responsible for leading the prioritization and execution of strategic initiatives across the Desjardins Agent Network (DAN). This role emphasizes effective change management, cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement, leveraging insights from the Agent Agile Cell and Voice of the Customer tools. More specifically, you will be required to: Lead the prioritization, planning, and implementation of projects and initiatives across the DAN network, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and successful execution. Coordinate and drive continuous improvement efforts by collaborating with internal teams, including the Agent Agile Cell, and utilizing Voice of the Customer insights to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Develop, implement, and monitor the unit’s action plan, ensuring it aligns with Desjardins’ strategic orientations and complements the objectives of other administrative units. Establish and promote effective management practices that support change management, talent attraction and retention, skills development, employee engagement, and diversity—reflecting Desjardins’ values. Support the execution of the administrative unit’s action plan by managing individual and team performance in a performance-driven environment. Continuously improve processes under your responsibility to optimize efficiency, quality, and member/client satisfaction.
