Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? RBC has a deep and longstanding commitment to the game of golf, in both Canada and the U.S. As Manager, Brand Marketing, you will help to shift brand perception, drive top-of-mind awareness, and generate business results with key consumer segments through all RBC golf platform initiatives. Acting as a connector to promote cross-Enterprise alignment of brand, sponsorship and marketing priorities, you will manage key relationships with agency partners, sponsorship properties, and internal stakeholder groups, as well as supporting the implementation of RBC’s new brand promise and visual identity in an effort to create consistent expression across all consumer touchpoints. *Please note this is a contract opportunity. What will you do? Manage the creation and delivery of RBC’s on-site presence at our two sponsored tournaments, the RBC Heritage and RBC Canadian Open, working closely with our external partners. Manage and oversee development and execution of community-based programs such as the RBC PGA Scramble and RBC Community Junior Golf. Lead cross platform integration of RBC golf programming (Olympics, RBC x Music, TIFF) Own the day-to-day relationships with lines of business, agency partners, and sponsorship property partners, ensuring all stakeholders are delivering on agreed upon strategy Execute on the strategic plan for our PGA Tour partnership, including contractual asset oversight and optimization Drive tangible business outcomes including strengthening client loyalty What do you need to succeed? Must-have Degree or certificate in Marketing Communications and/or Advertising 3 - 5 years of experience with brand marketing agency, property, or brand side Proven ability to innovate and create differentiating, proprietary marketing programs to build brand leadership Deep understanding of the sponsorship marketing industry Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, exciting environment Proven expertise in flawless program execution Strong time and budget management skills and the ability to multi-task Experience building partnerships and managing complex relationships with external partners. High level proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and ability to master new computer software Nice-to-have Intimate knowledge of the golf industry Proficiency in results reporting and strong analytical skills Knowledge of Financial Services industry What’s in it for you?
