Reporting to the Business Analyst Lead, the Senior Business Analyst is accountable for working collaboratively with Project Managers, interact with business stakeholders, vendors leading and facilitating solution design sessions, and the recommendation of optimization through business processes creation and updates. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be tasked with understanding and supporting business needs, recommending changes to drive continuous improvement, implementing new solutions, and providing comprehensive support for various systems primarily Viewpoint. Working closely with our Project Managers, you will interact with cross-functional teams, vendors to consider downstream effects of configuration choices in Viewpoint. Your expertise will be essential in delivering business analysis deliverables and collaborating on process improvements to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. You may also be involved in supporting data-driven activities such as data conversions and data analytics projects. By leveraging your analytical skills and technical knowledge, you will enhance the overall efficiency and success of Bird’s Digital Services (DS) initiatives. This position will be hybrid or remote. What You Will Be Working On Meet with relevant stakeholders to define business, financial, and operations requirements to perform fit/gap analysis. Translate business requirements into detailed configuration and functional specifications to support application configuration, development, and process improvement initiatives. Support Integrations, technology design and re-design activities through interpretation, clarification, and documentation of business requirements, processes, business rules, and impacts of proposed changes. Understand, in depth and build out detailed documentation for business processes, identify future state, and fit gaps analysis between processes and application workflow Ability to work independently and actively support projects through different stages, including development, quality assurance, user acceptance testing, data conversion, and production implementation. Prepare documentation including user guides, process guides, operations manuals, business analysis work products (BRD, matrix, etc.), data dictionaries and other documentation to support successful implementation of various processes, procedures and configurations Develop and execute test plans, test cases and test summary to facilitate Go/No Go decisions; coordinate testing activities and facilitate issues resolution prior to and after Go Live. What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Services or equivalent A minimum of 5 years of practical business analysis experience, analyzing business needs, translating those needs into structured requirements documents, and working with the development team to implement the solutions Experience in designing, developing, and implementing re-engineered business processes and associated applications Experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions with diverse groups of stakeholders Demonstrated strong analytical/problem solving skills and project management experience Experience working Viewpoint – ERP is preferred, though those with deep experience with other ERP systems may be considered.
