About the job We are seeking an action-oriented and motivated Talent Acquisition Associate Recruiter to join our team in Toronto. This role is key to driving hiring success across both field and corporate operations, building strong pipelines, and ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and passionate about recruiting top talent in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Attract and Source Talent (70%) Build and nurture a talent pipeline of engaged and prequalified candidates for current/future positions by sourcing, assessing & interviewing qualified candidates. Work with the regional field leadership teams to understand talent/hiring needs for each branch location; aligned with the Operational Training Calendar to ensure candidates are hired inline with scheduled classes by region. Develop insights and knowledge of the talent market and screen potential candidates to understand interest and fit, with the goal of increasing the level of candidate flow to support business hiring needs. Liaise with hiring managers and candidate for offer negotiations, pre-closing candidates during screening. Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of all documentation, transaction processing and system updates as they pertain to recruiting activities. Brink’s Employee Brand (15%) Maintain and track sourcing activities through sourcing systems Strive to meet individual and team KPI's for recruiting. Empower our Hiring Teams (15%) Participate in recruitment-related training sessions and workshops to support hiring team development. Promote consistent, inclusive, and effective hiring practices across the organization. Position Qualifications & Competencies 3-5 years of Recruiting experience within a corporate and field environment, working on various types of opportunities at all levels of the organization You have experience collaborating with an Applicant Tracking System (Workday preferred). Must have Prior Corporate Recruiting experience (in house recruiting vs agency recruiting). Strong candidate sourcing skills -you’ve got a serious drive to get things done. Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships. Strong customer service skills. Collaborative – ability to work with internal and external stakeholders, participate in cross-functional projects. Clear and concise communicator. High attention to detail, organized and able to access and share information easily. Proven strong time management, planning and priority management skills. Strong computer skills which include the ability to work well with various computer systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism.
