HelloFresh is seeking a dynamic and driven Growth Marketing Coordinator to support the Gift Cards & Flyers (GC&F) channel and quality assurance (QA) processes across multiple marketing channels. This role offers an incredible opportunity for a passionate marketer to make a significant impact on HelloFresh’s growth in Canada. Reporting to the Affiliate & Partnership Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution of printed materials. This is a four (4) month contract position.
Lettuce share what this role will be responsible for
Execute and support multiple rounds of QA across a variety of marketing channels (affiliate, paid social, paid search, native, etc.)
Collaborate with channel leads to troubleshoot and resolve post-QA issues.
Set up and manage shipments to partners to support accurate tracking and delivery.
Coordinate print runs with our shipping & fulfillment partner, including inventory oversight and voucher code setup
Submit creative briefs and verify accuracy of final assets with the creative team
Manage essential operational tasks, including campaign creation, voucher reassigning and cost reporting to maintain campaign efficiency.
Work alongside analytical thinkers to track, analyze, and present campaign performance insights that drive future decision-making.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitors, continuously identifying new opportunities and fresh ideas to propel business growth

Sound a-peeling? Here's what we're looking for
1-2 years of marketing experience or relevant education; experience in marketing operations, production coordination, or a similar support role is a strong asset
A collaborative mindset that energizes and motivates those around you
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to plan and execute efficiently.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to pivot and problem-solve effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, code lists, and campaign setup tools.
A natural curiosity for analytics and data-driven decision-making.
A genuine enthusiasm for HelloFresh’s mission, coupled with a hunger to learn and grow.
