Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? RBC Retail Banking engineering team is delivering a strategic initiative involving complex enterprise-wide enablement. The Delivery Lead will be responsible to deliver value over a multi-year program while working on the state of the art technology solution. In this role you will be responsible for strategically planning and managing successful implementation as per RBC best practices What will you do? Lead the execution of multiple digital transformation changes, ensuring alignment with program goals and objectives. Primary point of contact for program stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and outcomes. Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams and demonstrate ability to break down complex problems into clear, actionable steps Provide clarity to teams and stakeholders by defining priorities, scope, and objective and facilitate and influence key decision makers Develop and maintain comprehensive roadmaps with clear milestones, deliverables. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and roadblocks to ensure smooth program execution Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, data, cloud, and AI teams, to ensure alignment and effective Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to reflect, learn, and adapt Manage project/program financials and costing to effectively delivery scope on budget What do you need to succeed? Must have: 15 years of experience in program management, delivery leadership, or similar roles, with a focus on digital transformation initiatives, working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment. Experienced in Agile delivery with familiarity of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and tools like Jira, Confluence Ability to work closely with technical teams and understand architectural and design considerations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels Expertise in creating detailed roadmaps, plans, and estimates for large-scale programs with strong problem-solving skills Nice-to-have: Experience in Retail Banking technologies credit domain and data transformation Strong understanding of data platforms, cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and AI/ML technologies RBC experience and understanding of RBC best practices to delivery projects/programs.
