Cogir Real Estate is currently seeking a Residential Building Superintendent (Single or Couple) to join our team at a multi-residential apartment complex in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). This is a live-in position, and on-the-job training will be provided to support your success in the role. Duties and Responsibilities: Administrative office duties; Show vacant apartments to prospective residents; Leasing experience Ensure cleanliness of public areas & corridors; Prepare apartments for new residents; Completing Move In and Move Out Inspections; Facilitate work orders and perform minor maintenance; Other grounds maintenance; Addressing resident concerns effectively and promptly; Always maintaining positive safety and security; Respond appropriately and professionally to emergencies; Maintain fire safety and winter logs; Follow an "on call" schedule; Other duties as assigned by Manager Essential Skills: Customer Service Experienced Individual in Administration; Experienced Individual with Maintenance/Handyman Skills Computer Knowledge (Email, Word, Excel); Experience with Yardi and Property Vista an asset; Oral communication; Working with others; Minimum of 2 years of experience Cogir is committed to ensuring that all employment practices are inclusive.
