You will
Develop, organize and execute all advertising, promotions and special events for Sunnycrest Mall
Assist in designing, writing content and creating promotional materials
Grow and manage social media communities through regular and engaging content creation
Coordinate non-profit and community group bookings and manage insurance-related requirements with all events and third-party suppliers
Promote Sunnycrest Mall’s brand and ensure consistency of image/brand is maintained
Establish strong relationships with tenants, vendors and customers and provide a proactive, exemplary level of service
Act as the main point of contact for tenant inquiries and maintenance requests
Review, code and track accounts payable invoices
Follow-up on tenant rental payments and assist the PM as required with rent collections. Disburse tenant invoices and respond to inquiries
Collect tenant insurance certificates and ensure compliance
Prepare welcome packages, tenant notices and tenant correspondence
Assist the PM with tenant move-ins and move-outs
Follow-up on tenant sales reports and disburse percentage rent invoices
General reception duties (answer phones, greeting guests, place supply orders, organize mail and courier packages)
Miscellaneous other duties as assigned
You have
Previous experience in event planning and social media management
Minimum of 2+ years’ experience as an administrative assistant
Knowledge of the local community is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Excellent organizational skills
Strong knowledge of MS Office and Excel
Strong understanding of Yardi and/or the ability to learn quickly
Ability to remain calm under pressure
A sense of humor
Flexibility and the ability to work the occasional weekend and evenings
Salary range: $60,000 - $65,000
