Staffinity is currently seeking a Construction Project Manager for a Canadian client. This is a permanent position with base salary and benefits. The base salary range is 85-105k+ DOE, plus equity. This position will work from a home office. The successful candidates must live in the Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario region.
Responsibilities:
Plans and oversees the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects.
Define project scope, deliverables and requirements.
Develop and implement project plans.
Determine resource and budget requirements, cost estimates, and timelines. Identify project risks.
Develop and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
Monitor project delivery against timelines.
Oversee the activities of project team members and monitors project task completion.
Communicate project status to relevant stakeholders.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients.
Manage contractors, tradespeople and other stakeholders.
Drive new business.
Qualifications:
8+ years of construction project management work experience.
2+ years of residential, construction, renovation, preferred.
3+ years of business development experience.
Ability to deliver projects on-time, on-budget and within specifications.
Experience developing and managing project budgets.
Solid ability to mitigate and manage project risks
Advanced ability to manage client relationships and expectations
A high degree of client service orientation
Computer proficiency in MS Office applications in particular – MS Project, MS Excel, MS Outlook, along with ability to quickly learn new applications.
