YOUR IMPACT
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agile Enablement Leader to join our team. The Agile Coach will be responsible for guiding and mentoring teams in the adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices, and a proven track record of successfully transforming teams and organizations.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
Coach and mentor teams on Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Identify and address impediments to team progress and productivity.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Provide training and workshops on Agile practices and principles.
Support the development of Agile metrics and reporting to track team performance.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
Managing expectations of stakeholders
Working in a global operating model, with delivery and operational teams spread across geographies and people structures.
‘Automation focused’ and help promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Presenting ideas in a clear and concise manner, with consideration of the target audience
Promoting best practices with the team and across teams
Creating an environment of knowledge sharing and ongoing learning
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC, CTC, or equivalent) preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile coaching or related roles.
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, ValueEdge or similar.
Six Sigma Certification is an asset.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have good people skills.
High-tech software services industry experience is a plus.
Ability to thrive is a fast paced, matrixed environment.
