About the role
The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional support to customers and partners by assisting with inquiries across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. This role ensures a seamless support experience, addresses questions and concerns, and upholds market response quality to meet the company’s service standards.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Represent Bolt in Canada.
Support Bolt’s Ride-hailing users and help them get the most out of our apps.
Support our business partners in daily interactions with our users.
Create loyal fans by showing them we really care.
Contribute and share ideas to decrease the workload and improve the quality & speed of Bolt’s customer support.
About you:
You are fluent in English and French, both written and spoken; any other language is a plus.
You have at least 1 year of work experience in any customer-facing role.
You have a positive and hard-working attitude.
You have a high attention to detail.
Basic google sheets/excel knowledge is a plus.
You're passionate about improving cities and ride-hailing.
