At Aviva, we are in search of an AVP Document Enablement who will hold a key role in our Enablement team. As a Senior Leader within the Enablement team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and delivery of transformation and run initiatives. You will be involved in planning, managing projects, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will also lead a team of Business Systems Analysts and OpenText Exstream Template Configurators. What you'll do Lead the delivery of transformation and run initiatives, ensuring they meet quality standards and business objectives. Lead and mentor a team of Business Systems Analysts and Template Configurators, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development. Collaborate with partners to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Manage project timelines, resources, and risks to ensure timely and on-budget delivery. Consistent focus on business outcomes and benefits Provide leadership and guidance to the delivery teams. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in delivery practices. Ensure that project management and software development adhere to established standards. Design IT application flows and develop industry solutions within the Personal and Commercial Lines ecosystem. Provide thought leadership in the development of new systems and processes that enhance business efficiency and productivity. What you'll bring University Degree or equivalent work experience Proven experience as a Delivery Lead for Document Management implementations – preferably OpenText Exstream Strong understanding of P&C insurance processes. Excellent project management skills with a record of successful project delivery. Experience with agile methodologies and leading cross-functional teams. Exceptional communication and leadership skills. Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into technical solutions. Time management skills with the ability to establish priorities and effective follow-up. Must be a team-player, a team builder, and a driver.
