Gardenland Co-op is hiring a full-time Warehouse Labourer at Co-op@Home.
Work Location: 555 S Railway Ave, Winkler, MB.
Shifts: Five 8-hour shifts per week and rotation of Saturdays.
Work Hours: 9am-6pm on weekdays and 9am-5:30pm on Saturdays.
Status: Full-Time, Permanent, Non-Management (position eligible for health benefits and pension.)
What you’ll do:
The Warehouse Labourer is primary responsible to assist with assembling furniture and appliances, ensuring the showroom floor is properly stocked, and supporting merchandising and display setups. Additional duties include unloading and loading trucks, organizing incoming inventory, operating equipment such as pickers or pallet jacks, and occasionally repairing or touching up furniture and appliances as needed. The Warehouse Labourer may also assist with deliveries of furniture, appliances, and electronics when required. Upholding the Co-op brand and contributing to a positive and healthy environment for both co-workers and customers is essential.

Have a valid Class 5 license and are willing to drive a one-tonne cube van: You’re responsible, safe behind the wheel, and open to delivery or transport tasks.
Are willing to be trained to operate an order picker and work at heights: You’re open to learning and comfortable with warehouse work that may involve elevated areas.
Are available for full-time work, including a rotation of Saturdays: You have the flexibility and commitment to take on a full-time schedule with weekend availability.
