About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Growth, the Senior Growth Manager will play a pivotal role in scaling Felix’s digital acquisition efforts through performance-driven creative, on-platform media buying and landing page optimization.
This is a high-impact role focused on customer acquisition, creative development, and optimizing our growth levers across paid and organic channels.
The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, deep experience in performance marketing, and a keen eye for creative strategy. They are highly data-driven and comfortable working cross-functionally with creative teams, product teams, and external partners to maximize efficiency and drive customer growth.
You Will:
Lead Performance-Driven Creative Development – Own the strategy and execution of high-impact digital creative assets across Meta, YouTube, Google, and other acquisition channels.
Internal and External creative process -
Drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) – Identify and test landing page optimizations, A/B test ad variations, and improve conversion funnels to maximize efficiency.
Manage On-Platform Digital Acquisition – Oversee campaign execution and optimization across paid media platforms, including Meta, Google, and emerging channels.
Scale Affiliate & Partnership Marketing – Build and manage an affiliate marketing strategy, working with partners to drive incremental growth through referrals and collaborations.
Analyze and Optimize Performance – Continuously analyze campaign data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with Creative & Product Teams – Work closely with internal teams to ensure that creative assets and landing pages are aligned with performance objectives.
Monitor Industry Trends & New Growth Opportunities – Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, platform changes, and best practices to ensure Felix remains competitive.

You Have:
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related role.
Deep experience in digital advertising (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.) and a track record of managing high-performance campaigns.
Hands-on experience with CRO tools and A/B testing methodologies to improve conversion rates.
Experience in affiliate marketing or partner-driven acquisition programs.
Strong analytical skills with experience working in Excel/Google Sheets, Looker, or similar BI tools.
A background in DTC, e-commerce, or subscription-based businesses is highly preferred.
Experience working in a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) online brand or startup environment is preferred.
Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-focused company.
Nice to Haves:
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or highly regulated industries.
Hands-on experience with SQL or data visualization tools.
