Position Description
Boosted.ai is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive, Inside and Renewal Sales to serve as a key liaison between Boosted.ai and our valued long-term clients. Working with members of Boosted.ai’s Sales, Client Services, Product and Management teams, the ideal candidate will be proficient in the value points that Boosted.ai offers to Asset and Wealth managers and comfortable managing client relationships, renewing contacts, and upselling products and features within the advanced analytic solutions that empower these organizations.
As part of a dynamic and collaborative sales team, this role requires someone willing to dive in and be excited by selling and strategizing new and innovative approaches in retaining, maintaining, and growing these highly valuable relationships. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing the full upgraded and/or renewals sales cycle to engage decision-makers, deliver impactful presentations and demos, and close deals that contribute to our client expansion and ambitious growth goals.
The ideal candidate is results-oriented, possesses outstanding customer facing skills, and can grow along with our sales team, meet upgrade and renewal sales goals and scale revenue. We are looking for a candidate who shows a history of self-direction with a positive attitude and high integrity. Must be results-oriented and able to work proactively to drive the pipeline. You will own the full renewal cycle to maintain current clients.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients through activity-based calling, emailing, and strategic account management.
Maintain active engagement with clients through creative follow-up communications designed to increase engagement and interest in Boosted.ai products.
Qualify client renewals, schedule meetings, and keep client account records up to date in our CRM database (currently HubSpot).
Strong customer-facing presentation/listening skills with the ability to establish credibility with senior financial executives.
Manage upgrade and renewal sales-cycles using solution selling techniques that focus on client needs.
Manage through contract cycles to close business in a forecastable and timely manner.
Continuously evaluate, refine, and improve Boosted.ai’s renewal playbook to optimize results and client experience.
Collaborate with the Client Success team to strengthen client relationships by incorporating support data and client feedback of user experiences into your relationship management and sales strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered
Degree (or MBA) in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Proven experience (2+ years) in Sales, Marketing, Sales/Business Development, Sourcing/Procurement, Finance or a similar role in an early-stage growth company is preferred
Experience and/or interest in AI/machine learning and financial modeling is preferred
Proficient with G-Suite, Gmail, Calendar, G-Drive, Slack, Zoom, HubSpot and LinkedIn
Experience working with or selling into Financial Sector is a plus
Strong interest in fintech and AI
An understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscapes in AI is a plus
