Voici comment: En tant que conseiller en intervention post-traumatique, vous offrirez des interventions post-traumatiques de groupe chez les clients employeurs de TELUS Santé de votre région, selon les besoins. Vous travaillerez en tant que fournisseur indépendant, selon votre disponibilité. Comment vous ferez une différence : Vous vous rendrez chez nos clients employeurs pour offrir de l'intervention post-traumatique de groupe à leurs employés suite à un incident critique; Vous répondrez aux besoins administratifs du département des Incidents Critiques de TELUS Santé. Vous possédez: Vous détenez une maîtrise en psychologie, travail social ou un domaine connexe; Vous êtes membre en règle de l'OPQ, l'OTSTCFQ ou l'OPPQ; Vous détenez une assurance responsabilité professionnelle valide; Vous avez de l’expérience en intervention post-traumatique de groupe et/ou de l’expérience en animation de groupes thérapeutiques; Vous démontrez de la sensibilité, une attitude professionnelle et avez une approche efficace lors d’interventions dans un environnement organisationnel; Vous pouvez faire preuve de flexibilité dans votre réponse aux besoins des clients.
