We are seeking an experienced Back Office Support Specialist to join our team at Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality back office services to our clients and sales-team.
Tasks
Supporting a senior member of the sales and project management team.
Performing various administrative duties: calendar management, meetings management, coordinating travel, process expense reports, sales reporting.
Manage the day-to-day sensitive and confidential business activities.
Maintain updated files and records including meeting decks and executive summaries.
Schedule meetings and maintain the Executive’s daily and long-term calendar in a manner that provides the most effective use of the Executive’s time and prioritizes business needs.
Prepare communication overview by account with KAM team weekly + monthly.
Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and identify areas of opportunity. We are a people business at our core, treating both customers and associates with the same respect.
Cold Calling & Prospecting: Effectively cold call on potential customers in the territory to grow a book of business. We focus on being green and growing to continuously open new business.
Multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum (1) year office services experience preferably in a sales department, retail sector or large international corporate environment.
Skilled in the use of mail, phone, email, digital reprographics and mail equipment.
Familiar with general back office procedures to meet and maintain client satisfaction.
Independent problem solver who is passionate about customer service.
