Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate safety procedures Monitor cabin for signs of distress Assist passengers during emergency situations such as evacuations or medical emergencies Customer Service Excellence: Welcoming passengers and engaging with them throughout the flight to create a comfortable, friendly environment. Assisting with seating Serve food and beverages Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cabin Ensure adequate commissary stock items are available onboard for the next shift/flight Reporting: Completing and submitting required safety reports. (i.e., SMS reports) Ensuring the general orderliness of the aircraft and assisting in the on-time departure of every flight operated.
