Job DescriptionLead and execute the 360-degree communications strategy (including traditional press, digital PR and events) for Dior Beauty Public Relations. Focusing on print and digital editorials, and social media efforts, with a strong understanding of the Canadian digital talent landscape, across all Parfums Christian Dior categories – makeup, fragrance and skincare. Oversee communications tools, platforms, and analytics for Canada to maximize Dior’s visibility, relevance, and engagement.The position supports the global digital communications efforts of Dior’s headquarters based in Paris. This position works in conjunction with the US PR & Events Director and the US Digital PR Director to support the 360-degree strategy of PR in North America. In addition to partnering closely with the US PR team, the role requires the ability to liaise and communicate internally with various departments in North America, such as Marketing, Media, Sales, E-Commerce, and Dior Fashion Public Relations where applicable.
Key Accountabilities: Build creative pitches for new product launches for pressMaintain a strong understanding of competitor activity, and activity within the competitive beauty landscape in CanadaWork closely with the print media to ensure a 360-degree partnership for print, digital, and social media coverage –linking all print features with digital and social supportFoster and maintain relationships with key print and digital editorsTrack, analyze and monitor monthly print and digital press results using LVMH Media/DMR, identifying key insights to optimize brand strategy with the objective of achieving top ranking amongst competitorsLead development of press and digital strategy for all new product launches, working closely with the marketing teamFacilitate product requests and new launch mailers for pressLead and execute the Canadian influencer and digital communications strategy.
