We specialize in all things glass. Established in 1962 with one shop in Seattle, Wash., today Glass Doctor offers quick and affordable glass in USA and Canada with many locations. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day day-to-day basis. Part time with a potential for full time after October.
Requirement:
The candidate is required to work under pressure, be multi-task, have problem solving experience and great customer service skills and experience. Have the ability to learn fast and to have very great organizational skills. Patience and personal suitability is accountant for in the hiring process. The Candidate is Required to ambitious and look for opportunity for growth. Some weekend work might be required.

Job Description:
Answer all incoming phone calls, and return missed calls within 10 minutes whenever possible
Schedule quotes and installations for technicians
Provide quotes, take orders, do follow up calls, order supplies, and glass products
Quote basic glass services and automotive glass services
Ensure all emails are responded to in a timely and appropriate manner
Sell flat glass services to customers, when necessary
Order custom glass units, process orders, take payments, make invoices
Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions,
Filing, and organizing, general cleaning
Ensure all invoices, orders and quotes are correctly entered in our scheduling software
Respond to customer complaints, requests
Attend to walk in clients and provide them with quotes, other related glass services
Job Requirements:

Quick learner
Prior experience in the auto and/or flat glass industry is an asset
Computer literate, with working knowledge of word processing, business software and spreadsheet applications, high typing speeds
Excellent communication skills
Must be efficient with good organizational and time management skills
Minimum high school education required.
Must be fluent in English
