Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity You will be responsible for boarding applications from key channels. This includes providing consultative selling approach to managing these unique customers, inputting applications, managing deficiencies, managing multiple location set-ups and specific sales programs for this channel. Contract Term: 12 months. Location: You will be based in our Montreal, Sackville or Toronto office and will work in a Hybrid model. Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Team Lead – Sales Onboarding. Your Moneris Career - What you'll do Outbound calling to handle merchant communications, determine and confirm business needs and manage customer negotiations. Update applications into the boarding system to ensure KYC/AML policies and procedures are within compliance while adhering to the high level of quality and accuracy targets established. Manage applications in the onboarding cycle. Achieve and exceed performance expectations by meeting daily, weekly and monthly completed application targets. Keep current and informed on new product and market trends in the Payments industry, and use the information during merchant conversations. Effectively up-sell and cross-sell added products and services to each customer to maximize reach of all campaigns and programs, as applicable. Manage deficiencies in the boarding process and onboarding cycle; provide coaching to the channel as required. Comply with corporate policies established by Moneris Corporation including but not limited to Moneris Code of Conduct, Technology Policy & Privacy Policy. Perform other duties, as required. Your Moneris Career - What you bring Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field of study Must have knowledge of KYC/AML requirements Equivalent work experience may be considered a substitution 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales environment with demonstrated ability to grasp and apply new skills and concepts to meet all operational targets Proficient with Microsoft Windows/ MS Office Applications Demonstrated experience learning and mastering proprietary software systems Bilingual English and French (reading, writing, and verbal) is required.
