Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity You will oversee the end-to-end process of bringing new products to market. We are looking for a strategic thinker with project management skills, who can work cross- functionally to ensure the successful commercialization of products. Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a hybrid model. Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Director, Product Shared Services. Your Moneris Career - What you'll do Product Launch Strategy: Leads the value delivered via Product Launch strategy and execution plan in alignment to the Product Strategy and Go-to-Market. Execution Management: Understand all elements of the product life cycle and managing the commercialization process from concept to launch, ensuring delivery. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive execution strategy. Product Development Collaboration: Work with R&D and product development teams to ensure products meet market demands and align within product execution strategy. Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote new products. Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, etc., to align efforts and ensure cohesive product launches. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of new products in the market, adjusting as needed. Customer Feedback: Gather and incorporate customer feedback to refine products and improve future launches. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with partners at all levels, providing updates on project status and important milestones. Your Moneris Career - What you bring Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field 7+ years of experience in product commercialization, Product Marketing, Product Management, or a related field. Strong facilitation skills, with experience successful product launches. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Work cross-functionally and manage multiple partners. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Experience in the payments industry is a plus.
