About this Position Responsibilities and Qualifications Responsibilities: Daily van runs between Distribution Centre and Head Office (Includes transporting mail, supplies, records boxes and any other items required to be transported to or from our Distribution Centre or Head Office) Pre-Sorting and slotting of agent mail and correspondence Pick-up and drop-off all Canada Post correspondence Provide daily bank bag service for our accounting department Month-end mail/package pick-up at Toronto airport Operate folder/inserter machine daily for client billing notices, statements and letters Operate postage equipment if/when required Maintain mail bins in Distribution Centre and Head Office Monitor our Facilities phone voice mail box for maintenance/building/company equipment issues and place service calls with respective vendors or property management Log all Facilities requests Provide facility support to Head Office (Includes minor/general repairs, office/employee moves and any other requests relating to our facility) Other miscellaneous/warehouse duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Completion of High School or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through related work experience Valid “G” driver’s license and good driving record Three years of driving experience an asset Experience in mail services and in a fast paced environment an asset Excellent organization and communication skills Detail oriented and strong organizational skills required Must be able to lift 50lbs It has been and will continue to be the policy of Primerica, Inc., and its subsidiaries to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
