Discover Impactful Work: Our Clinical Specialists are actively involved with Clinical Account activity, Strategic Sales Strategies, Business Development and Contract Implementation and Business Reviews. A day in the Life: As part of our Sales Team, you are accountable for developing key business relationships with senior level decision makers within Fisher’s clinical accounts in order to manage and grow client accounts. Working with a minimal amount of supervision, you will increase sales through highly focused selling to new customer opportunities (through direct sales efforts, contract negotiations, product and process detailing) in a highly competitive market. You will collaborate with and support our field sales generalists in the clinical market. Keys to Success: Education Registered Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) or Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) or Bachelor of Science (BSc) with appropriate major required. MSc or PhD is an asset Experience 5+ years of successful hands-on clinical lab or clinical sales experience Laboratory technician experience strongly preferred (experience with workflows pertaining to Anatomical Pathology, Histology, Immunohistochemistry, Hematology, Microbiology) Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Approximately 30 to 50% travel will be required for this role. Bilingual French required.
