What it's like to be a Federated Associate Office Services Administrator The Associate Office Services Administrator is responsible for managing the assigned Office Services and facilities-related activities within the Winnipeg office. They work in conjunction with manager and Office Services administrators to ensure that all routine and non-routine office support service functions are carried out according to prescribed and non-prescribed procedures. They are passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our internal and external stakeholders – this means communicating effectively, concisely, and courteously. They also pay attention to the smallest of details by reviewing, recording, and organizing all data from a variety of sources within a prescribed format. This is a 6-months contract opportunity. We want your talent: If you are great at: Customer Service Communication (verbal and written) Relationship-building Attention to detail If you have: Relevant office administrative/reception experience Ability to represent the company in a professional manner Ability to interact with others in a clear, courteous and diplomatic manner, both orally and in writing. Strong keyboarding and computer skills, proficient in PC-oriented environment using Microsoft Office, email, internet, and varied applications and databases. Ability to learn and adapt to changing technical and procedural environments. General knowledge of insurance business is an asset. Able to work as an effective team member.
