Here’s What You’ll be Doing: Monitoring and replying to all inbound sales leads Will be focusing on customer portfolio management Answering inbound sales calls and arranging sales appointments for the sales advisors Following up with non-purchase customers on a day-to-day basis High volume of outbound calls per day to generate more sales lead Maintains knowledge of basic dealership information to act as a resource for incoming callers requesting information. Performs other duties as required by the BDC Lead to ensure the successful operation of the dealership. Skills and Qualifications OMVIC is required or needed to be obtained prior to start 1-3 years experience in a similar role is preferred Experience with Dealermine, Avanti, Kimoby and Ring Central is an asset. Previous automotive experience is preferred. Outstanding customer service skills. Cantonese, Mandarin or a second language is an asset. Why Work For Pfaff?
