Description
Act as a liaison between Spanish-speaking caregivers and English-speaking clients/families
Make and receive phone calls to relay messages, updates, and appointment reminders
Communicate via Slack and VoIP systems to maintain consistent updates
Handle client follow-ups and ensure all queries are addressed in a timely manner
Assist with managing client documentation (digital and paper-based)
Maintain caregiver schedules and update client visit logs
Organize and file records using agency systems (e.g., Access Care)
Prepare client communications, status updates, and general admin tasks
Support enforcement of clock-in/clock-out procedures among field staff
Track and follow up on missed logs or incomplete time entries
Help create basic written SOPs and improve structure in admin processes
Translate or interpret documents and communications as needed
Provide culturally sensitive communication between caregivers and clients
Ensure accurate understanding of client needs and caregiver feedback
Hard Requirements:
Proven experience in virtual assistance, healthcare admin, or customer service
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
Familiarity with caregiving or healthcare operations is a strong plus
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to follow up consistently and drive accountability
Schedule:
20 hours per week for the first 4 week, 40 hours per week thereafter
Monday to Friday, 9AM-5PM Pacific Standard Time
Offer and Benefits:
$5-$6USD/hour
HMO coverage after 1 year of employment.
