Job Summary This role will be responsible for assisting Compliance Governance and Regulatory Change Management Team with strategic decks/ storytelling, shape the operational plan, manage a portfolio of transformation projects, and continuous improvement activities. He/ she will be responsible for leading yearly strategy planning sessions, execution/ management and oversight of 2026 strategic priorities. The candidate will also be responsible for overall financial and resource management, encompassing financial planning, performance analysis, cost allocation, and strategic decision support which involves managing all business management activities in Compliance including ongoing continuous improvement initiatives and ad-hoc support for the Compliance Governance and Regulatory Change Management Team and Global CCO. Note: this is a hybrid working role. The expectation is that the incumbent will work 3 days per week from the office. Job Description What will you do? Develop strong working relationships with internal partners and stakeholders, Compliance executive team and RBC business segments Engage in financial forecasting and development sessions, including but not limited to strategic planning, tactical planning, and budgeting Project manage Compliance technology and strategic projects with a multi-jurisdictional scope – provide oversight, monitor and manage associated financials Build the execution / project management plan for managing, monitoring and tracking the strategic priorities/ annual global Compliance plan Prepare senior management meeting materials, such as Steering Committee and Executive Committee meetings, as well as other regulatory scheduled program forums Establish and document a comprehensive standardized financial and business management operating model (including planning process) to ensure consistent practices across all jurisdictions as well as identify wats to improve financial and business management tracking metrics (KRIs and KPIs) Identify holistically cost efficiency projects across all of Compliance and create proposals ensuring alignment and efficiency across all business segments and jurisdictions Develop target operating models for new ways of working, and reporting across all jurisdictions Successfully deliver the implementation of all project objectives and ensue business stakeholders are well informed of the future state benefits Drive any change management activities under Compliance Tech and strategic projects portfolio What do you need to succeed?
