Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? The Director, Regulatory Program Management Office is responsible for overseeing the operational functions and strategies of corporate programs. Manages activities through senior managers and managers to implement corporate and divisional strategic plans and budgets.Responsible for the execution of regulatory initiatives for Global Security. The Program Director will have extensive regulatory program delivery experience. This role will focus on building regulatory remediation plans, executive reporting and governance. What will you do? Establish regulatory program delivery practices including delivery model, governance and reporting. Ensure efficient and effective project delivery through the use of project meetings, follow-ups, detailed and well-thought-out schedule/planning efforts, identification of risks and escalation points, and the production of quality project artifacts. Provide analysis, recommendations, and assistance with the implementation of process improvements within the Compliance Project Management and Regulatory Filings team. Develop and maintain effective working relationships within the 2 / 3 LODs as well as regional Regulatory delivery IT Risk & Cyber committees. Providing accurate and timely executive regulatory delivery program updates using a centralized reporting system. Establish practices and communications to foster a culture of issue self-identification and support partners in the Risk Issue management processes to carry out their roles effectively and consistently. What do you need to succeed? Must-have: 7+ years of deep IT risk experience in audit, regulatory or first line risk management capacity. Strong technical and program management background and relationship management skills with the ability to lead, motivate and inspire staff, including promoting a culture of high performance that celebrates inclusivity and innovation. Vast experience building and managing an enterprise size organization with emphasis on large programs or multiple projects with multiple interfaces and/or 3rd parties. Proven experience leading and successfully delivering programs with very high level of value (benefit/cost), complexity and uncertainty. Expert level Influencing, Negotiating, Communication, Presentation and Facilitation skills. Demonstrated change management capabilities.
