Job Summary Job Description WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? Our Client Systems team is looking for a Senior Delivery Lead to help oversee the delivery of large, complex initiatives that bring together a diverse set of tech stacks and teams. You will bring proven leadership skills, ability to guide and influence others, the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders at multiple levels and communicate updates to senior audience. In this role, you will be part of a high-performing team that sits at the core of everything that is done at the bank. Lead the delivery of multiple Agile projects, ensuring timely, within-budget completion that is aligned to strategic business priorities Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, testing teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication Manage and mitigate risks, issues, and conflicts that may impact project delivery Oversee the development of project plans, resource allocation, and financials Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness Build and manage reporting and team metrics to measure project success and team performance WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? Must have: Strong organizational, project management and time management capabilities. A strong understanding of technology and/or financial services industry. Previous experience running large projects or programs Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills. Ability to determine the information and communication needs of the stakeholders and project. Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high-quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Nice-to-have: Experience in a matrix environment, such as a large, publicly-traded corporation Ability to facilitate between and influence key decision makers Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses Previous experience in Client Data or Regulatory environments What’s in it for you?
