Our client is looking for a Quality Lab Supervisor to join their Quality Operations team at Manikheir.

You’ll be joining a modern lab environment within a regulated manufacturing setting, where quality, safety, and compliance are top priorities. The team is dedicated to continuous improvement, collaboration, and maintaining high standards.
Your Role
As Quality Lab Supervisor, you will lead day-to-day lab operations, ensuring testing, inspection, and reporting procedures meet both regulatory and internal standards. You’ll supervise technicians across four shifts and play a key role in maintaining and improving lab procedures.
Responsibilities
Supervise and support lab technicians across all shifts
Conduct and oversee chemical testing and product inspections
Develop, implement, and improve lab procedures and work instructions
Manage lab documentation and support internal audits
Operate, maintain, and ensure calibration of lab equipment (ensure all equipment is listed and functional)
Assist in process improvements and corrective actions
Train new and existing staff on testing protocols and quality standards
Support the lab startup phase with leadership and organization
Raise problems proactively and participate in solutions
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
What You Bring
Required:
3+ years of experience in quality lab testing and supervision
Experience developing lab documentation and conducting inspections
Strong technical knowledge of lab equipment and calibration
Team management experience, especially in early-phase/startup environments
Background in training lab staff
B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering or related field
Experience with ISO 13485, ASTM or similar standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team player, with the ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
Strategic, analytical mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
